Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Parcel

  Carefully place your items in their original Le Monde Béryl box, ensuring the protective soles and silk dust bags are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Dispatch the Shipment

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and drop the package off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Review & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
