All our footwear and accessories are handcrafted in Italy by master artisans using traditional techniques and high-quality materials.
How do I determine the correct size for my shoes?
Most of our styles run true to size; however, for our velvet Mary Janes and mules, we recommend sizing up if you are between sizes. Please refer to our detailed Size Guide on each product page.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging and tags attached. Please note that sale items may be subject to different terms.

We recommend using a soft, dry cloth to remove surface dust. Avoid contact with water or oils, and store your shoes in the provided dust bags to maintain the fabric's luster.
